So I downloaded it from their website, and put the two folders into my addons folder. So I used the twitch tool to look for more addons and ElvUI wasnt there, at least the core of it wasnt. I reinstalled my addons on twitch and they work just fine and are in the same folder, and the two folders for Elvui ( ElvUI - ElvUI OptionsUI ) are both in my addons folder too.
